Our Youth Micro-Enterprise and Skills Development Program equips young people with the tools they need to pursue meaningful careers and build sustainable livelihoods. Through skills training, leadership development, and help to gain access to business incubation hubs, we nurture the entrepreneurial spirit of youth from underserved communities.
Participants receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship, business planning support, and access to microfinancing opportunities that help turn their ideas into viable enterprises. By investing in youth entrepreneurship and job creation programs, PHI promotes economic growth, reduces unemployment, and inspires the next generation of community leaders.
